Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (including IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and device information) to operate the site securely and reliably.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies and we do not carry out profiling.
We process your data to answer your enquiry, deliver our services, communicate with you, ensure the technical operation and security of the website, and comply with legal obligations.
Processing is based on your consent (when contacting us), on the performance or preparation of a contract, and on our overriding legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website.
We only use strictly necessary storage technologies. In particular we store your selected language in your browser and in a functional cookie so the site is displayed in the right language. This information contains no personal data and does not allow identification.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention periods (e.g. ten years for business records). Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are generally deleted no later than twelve months after the correspondence ends.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, in particular encrypted transmission (TLS/HTTPS), access restrictions and regular reviews. Absolute protection during transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
